Razor automatic touchless

My razor keeps coming off the rails. I have replaced the rollers and the drive belts. I cannot figure out why it is coming off. 3 times the last 2 weeks. Customers getting irate.

Have you called Washworld or your local distributor? I would start there.

You need your distributor there asap
Something is not working right!
A drive pulley or shaft or something is broke.
Mine has gone back and forth 800,000 times and NEVER come off the rails.

Yeah the distributor replaced the rollers and belts. Still comes off. Have not called Washworld but will today.

Sounds like your rails are out of alignment. Easiest was to check is using a laser lever.
How old is this machine?

Thanks for the responses. I think we found the problem yesterday. The drive gears are worn down and almost toothless. So what we are thinking now the new belts are jumping cogs and setting the machine at an angle until it hits one of the rails mounts and supports.

so the distributor didn't notice the worn out gear when he replaced the belt?

Apparently not. I can understand why tho. Unless you were specifically looking it was not obvious. We checked the drive shafts and the sheer pins on his recommendation and when they were good, the only thing left were the gears so that is when we looked at them closely. My guess is the new belts were not worn and the teeth on them were not engaged by the gears. The gears are not easy to get off and back on tho!!! The guys that design these should have to put them together and take them apart at least a dozen times before approving them for production. Lol
