Re Wash Policy

What are your policies about re washes and do you post them on site?

Most of my clients offer customer satisfaction or money back guarantee and make it abundantly clear on via signage, advertising, website and social media.

We offer a free rewash with our best wash. If they're not happy with a lesser wash, they pay the difference to rewash. We don't post the policy on site.

Customers can rewash as much as they want until they are happy or until we close for the day. No questions asked. I will not ever give a customer their money back.

I will also not post my policy in public, on signs or anywhere frankly. No need to advertise this and have people take advantage of a generous rewash policy.

We offer rewash for any of our washes. We do not post it anywhere on site but if a customer is not happy with their wash, we will send then through again. Like Jerry, we do not offer refunds.
