Anybody heard of or seen this occurring?

I have seen freshly ceramic coated vehicles go through a touchless and come out with a haze/film. Thoughts?

I only use a high PH presoak and have never seen a problem. I think it would be more likely to happen with a acid presoak.

Most ceramic coatings take 1 to 2 weeks to fully cure and are advised not to be washed during that time.

Might not necessarily be the presoak. I’m assuming there might be triple foam and drying agent/sealer and other solutions going on in the wash cycle too. Probably can’t be 100% sure it is presoak unless the car had just presoak and a rinse. Even with that, there is also the possibility of water quality coming into play.

Are you talking professional grade ceramic coating, or the car wash applied ceramic sealer?
