Recommend water heater for new IBA

I need some input on water heaters for a new IBA I am fixing to start building. I bought a washworld HV and want to heat the low pressure chemicals. The previous owner was using a small electric water heater. With a tankless water heater would I need a storage tank? Just wondering if a tankless gas wh would heat fast enough or would it send cold water for the first few seconds? Any input is appreciated.

Tankless will heat fast but it's important to either circulate the hot water or place it close to the pump. I'm not sure what the flow is to the pump but tankless may not keep up. You could put a pressure relief valve that goes around the tankless for part of the flow and end up with warm water i suppose.
