Reducing Presoak Volume

I am trying to reduce presoak volume in my D&S 5000. It uses a 2-1/2 hp pump, and Dema solenoids (no injectors). I'm wasting a lot that runs off the cars and would like to reduce my costs a little.

Ideas? Turn up pump pressure?

Turning up the pump pressure will only waste more. Decrease both the air pressure and soap pressure, but make sure you don't get it too dry that it blows away if it's breezy. You want some soap run-off, but obviously not too much.
