Looking for anyone out there who owns or knows of someone who owns the Reflex soft cloth, manufactured by Motor City Washworks out of Michigan. We are in need of side brushes for a 5 yr old machine. Was told company no longer makes this machine model and does not stock parts. brush cloth material is very proprietary to machine and not interchangeable with other manufactures. Cost of brushes and shipping from Korea - 10k and three months downtime. Desperately need help and advise.

Can you not just replace the whole arm? I got an email from carwashconsignment.com that had the entire arm, shaft and all that surely could be made to fit for less money and much quicker.

I am dealing with him right now. Very helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone I have spoken to can do it, Kevin with carwashconsignment can. Great guy and company. The folks out of motor city continue to provide no reasonable solution.
