Hi,

I have an acw 4 and It keeps blowing my 24v relay in position 5 on the relay strip. Any ideas why this would happen? They are getting hot. My acw approves the was but doesn't dispense it. Thanks so much!

IIRC the fifth relay is a 120V coil, the rest are 24V.

The 5th relay is the “Cycle Inhibit” relay. The voltage is determined by the wash equipment. It could be 12 VAC or VDC, 24 VAC or VDC or 120 VAC. They should be warm but not hot enough that you can't touch them or hold one in your hand.
