Hello. What's been your experience for the best/easiest way to remove and replace the gaskets on your vac doors? Thanks.

I use one of these abrasive wheels chucked in a drill to remove the mass of the old gasket and adhesive, then 3M adhesive cleaner and a razor to get the rest.

Either of these removal methods work well. I replace mine with rubber foam weather seal from Lowe's or Home Depot.

I bought one of those abrasive wheels this morning at HF and it worked great. Thanks for the tip. Replaced the gaskets with new ones from Kleen-Rite. Much better suction now. Thanks again.
