Replacement for the Timemaster TM-3 Timer

I got a call from one of my car wash buddy?s. He has the old Timemaster TM-3 timers at his wash. He been having troubles getting them repaired, they are no longer in production and they are expensive to repair. He has 2 coin acceptors in the coin box, one for Quarters and one for Tokens. I prefer the Dixmor timers over the Timemaster. Can he plug a Dixmor LED-5 timer into harness that is used for the Timemaster timer?

Will a TM-5 or TM-6 Timer work in place of the TM-3 Timer with a TM-3 timer harness? Or does he have to rewire the timer harness to use a TM-5/6 Timer?
