Replacement Parts

I was wondering this morning about what percentage of parts are due to actual breakdown of the part through normal wear and tear vs. customer abuse or theft. Thing will obviously wear out on their own but many times they have to be replaced because of abuse. Overall I would guess that 50% of the replacement cost for my Swash is due to abuse or theft. What about other folks? anyone keep track of parts cost based on this?

Hard to put a percentage on it. The daily use/abuse items in the bay (hp guns, brushes etc.) are going to go more often than pumps solenoids, etc. in the equipment room, but are generally lower priced. You may have a year where everything in the equipment room is fine and needs no attention, but you replace all of your brushes and a few hp guns, a boom, etc. it just depends on the year and how much use is occurring.
