Replacing my Hanna with a Balenger DuraTran. Any thoughts or do's or don't s.

Make sure the foreman is factory-trained, not just OJT. Don’t try to save money by cutting up the old conveyor for scrap. Hire a junk man to get rid of it.
Prepare for couple days of hard work.
