Nevermind I figured it out, but did not solve my problem. The boom can be lowered but when raised up the motor makes loud noise, trying to turn but cannot pull the boom back up. First thought it was the gearbox worked but after replacing gearbox it still cannot pull up boom. Wonder if it's bad motor or pillow blocks locked up so it can't turn or pull boom up? I disconnect motor run without attached to gearbox, it spins fine. Any thoughts?
It was the motor. Putting pressure/resistance on boom the motor could not raise the boom. After replace new motor, cant even put resistance on the boom, motor too strong to hold down the boom. This apply to my FusionX and assuming also WW.
I replaced old SS Marathon Powerwash sxt with a Leeson Catalog #: C6T17NC321A sold at CWS. After digging around on web, found this motor and old Marathon cheaper at "electricmotorwholesale" . I had a baldor drive line motor, but would not fit on boom.
Note: Leeson motor does not have base. They say bolts to gearbox is suffice to hold motor in place.
