does Dixmor have a easy way to reprogram out going message on display, such as a programmer, we 8 units that we want to reprogram out going message and redirect customers with new message. working on these units in the field is real hard when each letter has to be reset.

There's no other way to reprogram them in the field. It's easier with the buttons than with the remote.
