we have a ryko automatic, it will not stop rince cycle , anyone have any solutions

Please call NCS Technical Support. They can be reached at 844-627-9274. Select option 8 for technical support, then option 2 for Ryko.
Press the E-stop to try to stop it from spraying. If it continues, you likely have debris in your rinse water valve and you will need to take it apart to clean it. If it stopped when you pressed the e-stop but it comes back on the next wash, it's more likely the machine doesn't know it's home so it doesn't end the cycle it's in. That would most likely be the front endstop prox.
