Hello, new here, I am from a very small town in WA state and there is a car wash for sale. Our town is about 2000 people... the car wash is completely run down and has not been functioning for quite awhile as most things have been removed because they were so damaged. Do you think in this small of a town, it would be worth buying and fixing up? Our town is growing a TINY bit lol we recently got a Dollar General that is going to open soon. It is a 3 bay SS wash ... it had vacuums but they were damaged and tore out.
