CC reader kept customers card. Turned wash off and on got the card out. Did it again. Shut down the amtt altogether brought back up worked fine for a couple of hours. Now it will not process cards at all tried 3 different cards. Opened AMTT cannot see anything wrong. Any suggestions would be helpful. I put a cash only sign up. My other amtt is taking cards with no problem so the problem must be att the amtt or line going to modem the phone line works for both and is dialing out on the touchfree. Thanks for any help it is Saturday and busy as hell we got salted Thursday morning and have been nonstop since. This is my first time after a good salting as I opened in Apr 07. Since thursday the touchfree lost prime and was down took me 4 hrs to get that up, the hi pressure soap went out took 3 hours to find the clog and fix and now this. On the bright side it is the best day/week since opening so at least we are washing cars while we ar fixing problems. Thanks again and I hope everyone else is busy with no problems.
