Ryko Code 80 Exit Detector Failure

I keep getting this code on my SoftGloss bay "Code 80" and I cannot seem to figure out why, sometimes when there is nothing in the bay the doors just open for no reason other times when a customer leaves the doors just stay open, I swapped my loop detector from my touchfree bay and that didn't change anything I swapped my time delay relay from my touchfree bay that didn't work, I'm about to replace the boom cable but wanted to ask here first before I do this am I missing something?

Found the problem, up in the control box on the wall there is another loop detector and it was set at 9 instead of 7 and the dip switch setting had the intensity boosted 2 levels so it would be at 11 no wonder why my doors kept opening up.
