Hi i am having a problem with the EPM software that runs on our code-a-wash IV computer. it sees the credit cards used out at our coin boxes but it does not seem to pass the info off to our credit processing software (ICVerify). anyone know how to fix this issue or if there is some tech at ryko i can contact? I can go into more detail about the problem if anyone thinks they can help.
