I have tried Keymat also. It seems that what goes bad in my keypads are the curcuit boards. It shorts out after getting wet repeadedly. It cant be but a $25 dollar board but keymat will not sell just the board. In 6 years I have replaced 5 out of 9 keypads just because they have shorted out. Crazy thing is keymat told me that the timer is not waterproof. It is water resistant. They do offer a water and chemical proof model but Ryko did not spec that model in thier orders. I guess it was way too expensive.
