Can someone in the Kansas City area tell me how responsive Ryko is for service calls? Considering a new machine and would like someone that's working with them to chime in or pm me. Thanks

Besides referrals you should also consider asking the dealers or OEM’s directly what the machine/technician ratio is in your specific area.

For example, if one dealer has 1 tech for every 10 machines in the territory and another dealer has 1 tech for every 40 machines, you should consider how this going to affect the service response rate.

Response rate may also be affected by type of account. For example, if a dealer has several clients with multiple sites and you have only one, the service queue may occasionally become preferential.

I am about 70 miles south of KC and they are installing a new friction machine in a convenience store across the street from my wash. They work a day skip one or two, then come back and work another day. They have been at it 2 weeks and they still have a lot to do. That's not how I would want an install done for me. But I am not privy to all that is going on, so there may be other reasons why it is going so slow.

I am South of KC. Do you think I could go by there and talk to the owner?

I don't know who owns the store but if you stopped in ask the girls that work there they could tell you who it is. Its a Bullseye in Clinton MO.
