I ordered a drive gearbox for my Soft Gloss machine. The old # was a 10163-111. The one that got sent to me was a 10163-107. They look different as far as the motor mounting. Are they not using the lovejoy coupling any more and do I mount the motor straight to the gearbox and get rid of the lovejoy, or do I have the wrong gear box?
Thanks

The correct part number for a drive reducer on a SoftGloss is a 10163-111. It should come with a coupler for the motor.

Thanks. Do you know what this # is for then. 10163-107. It has the bore for the shaft size? Just wondering.
Thanks

The bore size is the same between the two. The -007 was used in Monarch II's, Voyager II's, and just a few of the early model SoftGloss.
