Ryko softgloss low voltage

Below the plc there is a voltage converter. It has a red light on that says low voltage . My tec is gone for christmas with the phone off right now. Can i draw voltage from somewhere else in the box and what could be the cause if this. On the plc all the photo eyes are just flickering on and off if this helps anyone. Why does stuff like this happen when it get warm and sunny out it couldnt happen on a rainey day. Thanks

Sounds like you have a photo eye that is bad, You can start to disconnect wire 59 (brown wires) which come from each photo eye. Disconnect one at a time until the light goes out.
