Once you get to 40 some things happen to the body.

Those over 40 know what I'm talking about.

Gravity takes hold and you can get tired. In my case, I was feeling just as worn out when I got up as I did the evening prior. However, I began a new pre-sleep stretching habit that has made a big difference for me.

All I do is a few simple stretches right before retiring for the night. Mainly leg stretches. It's the very last thing I do before climbing into the rack. I have been waking up much more refreshed than when I did not stretch.

Try it. I dare you.:D

I thought of at least 10 'witty' replies to this, but instead I'll just say: " kudos"

Update

This has still been working for me so it's not a fluke of something else. I feel very good and energized when I stretch before bed.

I Concur

I concur Waxman, always feel better in the morning after stretching before sleeping, especially my lower back. As far as sex, well that's a given. :D
