I purchased a used Scan Coin 303, for sorting out my tokens and counting without having to use the crank on my manual counter. It counts quarters great. When I attempt to sort the tokens just jam. My tokens are slightly larger and thicker than a quarter. If I increase the size on the machine adjustment all of the quarters and tokens go out the side port. There are a few pages of a manual with this unit but nothing that explains sorting tokens. I saw demonstration on this machine and how easy it sorts a while back on youtube.com, and I should have saved it as a favorite because I can't find it now.

The ScanCoin 303 will only off-sort coins smaller than what you're currently counting.

I got it figured out and processed four buckets of mixed quarters and tokens! Yippee! I moved the thickness to N and the size in between Q and $.

I've been sorting by hand and counting with a manual crank counter for years, this is AWESOME! Great $200 investment for sure! Should have taken the forums advice and purchased this along time ago!! :D

I am glad I only have a couple of tokens per bucket. It has always been faster for me to hand pick the tokens out while feeding the quarters into the scan coin.

I can email you a pdf of a service manual if it helps. I had an issue with mine (it was used off ebay) and a $25 new belt from ABC coin fixed it.
