Seeking some advice

Hey Everyone!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ron. I recently stumbled upon the car wash industry and I am excited to learn all I can. My first job was washing cars at a car dealership when I was 12 years old, so it seems fitting to end up here. For a newbie such as myself, what would you recommend my first steps be? Any books you would recommend? Mentors? Brokers? I’m looking to acquire three washes in the next 1-2 years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I like you goal and I like you set a timeline for that goal now let's start with your 1st wash and go from there. What biz model ss, ss + iba, just ibas, tunnel, or what? I'm a ss and iba owner if your looking to aquire a ss i would reach out to some in your area to see if

1. They want to sell
2. You can help out for free to learn and to see what its like to work and own one.

Be patient dont over pay and make sure the deal makes $ense...yes I mean financial sense.

I’m in Cincinnati, Ohio. And it’s ok to overpay if you want my wash!
