Self-made Hoses for Fragrance Vacs

Anyone out there make there own hoses for the fragrance assembly? Coleman is up to $275+ for the whole thing (gun, hose, etc), but it's usually just the hose that needs replacing. They use a wire-braided hp hose, which seems like overkill since it's just a hose that holds the tubes (nothing actually flows through it). Anyone have success with any other types of hoses that can stand up to the constant bending, twisting, etc?

I haven't found anything, but have been buying it from JC without the head and re-using the old head. Not too hard to put on. Saves alot of $

I have made a few, but I can't get the same fitting they use. It just requires replacing the 3/8" MPT to 1/2" JIC in the machine.

I would not use anything other than high pressure hose. It would only take one person kinking it to collapse the 1/8" tubing inside.

I've made a couple. It's been a while, but I don't remember it being a big deal. I also used a Fragramatics hose on a Coleman. I ran into one hiccup that Greg Pack helped me with, but I got rid of that push button.
