Self serve bay will not turn on after timer starts.

Any ideas would be a great help, so when I put in the quarters then the Dixmore timer starts but the bay will not turn on. I have the Coinless Mobile App that will turn the bay on, but not with quarters.

Did it work after you installed the Coinless system? Do the quarters register on the timer? If they do then you have a bad timer, most likely a bad triac. Swap the timer with known good timer from another bay, if it works then send the timer in the Dixmor for repair.

I have had the Coinless App for a few years and yes the quarters registered on the timer. I just swapped out the timer from a different bay and this bay works now so looks like its a timer issue. Thanks for your help Randy!

I have a couple of spare Dixmor LED-6-7 timers that come in handy when one goes bad. Those of you who don't have a spare timer it's not a bad idea to get one to have on hand.

You can jump power to the output at the timer with a piece of wire. If you do that and you get power output, your timer is bad.
