The latest Version 1.31 of the Sensit 3 firmware has some new benefits for the operators who want to keep track of the cash (both bill and coin) that should be in the vendor when compared to the total product sales during any time period. When you go into the "Accounting Data" on the control board in this latest version, you can get numbers on the total cash in the cash box and the total cash in the bill stacker for your records. If you have a Mars 7512i changer or a Coinco Guardian changer, the display on the front of the changer will show you the total cash in the changer at any time. When these 3 numbers are totaled, the cash amount should be pretty close to what the sales record shows should be in the machine. You can do a complete accounting for any time period that you want.
Those of you who have vendors with the older S-3 versions can upgrade to this new version by having us send you a Micro SD card so you can download the new version into your vendor. You can find out which S-3 version you have by turning off the vendor and then turning it back on to see the version shown on the display during the boot-up period.
