What?!? "Sleep apnea" is when a person stops breathing in their sleep. Whether a person with sleep apnea is affected by a "new car" smell should have no bearing on their waking state.

Typical lawyers.

It sounds like they are confusing sleep apnea with narcolepsy. Someone with narcolepsy is a real risk behind the wheel. I probably will try to be safe though and not buy a new M-B, and stick with my not so new car smell.
