ShurVend will go to the Northeast Show in Atlantic City for the first time in about 10 days. Many people have banged on my head to go back there and everything finally fell into place to make it happen. The management of this show has been very positive in making exhibitors feel wanted and worked at making us happy to exhibit there. So I hope to see many of my customers and distributors in the northeast area come by Booth #708 to say "Hi".
When ShurVend develops a new product, we have always shown it at the WCA show since that is where we started. Weeellllllll, I went into my "cave" the past 2 months or so to design and build a small, high security, free standing 10-selection vendor that will vend the highest sales volume products. This was in response to a request I received from a large C-Store company at the last ICA show. The first showing of this new vendor will be at the Northeast Show, so I look forward to some feedback from those of you in the northeast on this new offering.
This vendor has all the bells and whistles that all of our vendors feature plus it has a footprint of only 31-inches deep X 32-inches wide and is 60-inches high. Not much bigger than a Combo Vacuum!! It has a full size door on the front with two plug locks for security with all of the payment components installed on the door; bill validator, changer, and credit card. There is an LED light and easy access to the new S-3 control board. The electrical power draw is only 25-30 watts. We call this new vendor "White Lightnin'" and it was designed to install at the end of a vacuum island or someplace in the vacuum area. It is secured to a concrete pad on the inside with space underneath the two trays to store vending products. The introductory price for this vendor is $2995 including a Conlux bill validator and Conlux changer; if you want the new Mars VN2700 bill validator and Mars changer, add $250.
I look forward to the Northeast Show and want to meet new people and see some of my existing customers there.
