We recently tested our own LED Light Kit in a ShurVend “39” by having the Kit completely installed by an operator at his car wash site with only some written instructions from us. He had no problems in doing the installation and was very happy with the bright, new LED lights in his vendor. All the products were lighted more vividly and the presentation to the customer was much better.
ShurVend is now offering this LED Light Kit to retrofit all of our older vendors that have fluorescent fixtures and lights in them. This LED Light Kit can be installed in the ShurVend “39”, “51”, Visi-Combo (refrigerated), Junior FL and RL, and the Outsider. All of our vendor models being sold now will have these new LED lights installed.
The LED Light Kit includes a 120V/12vdc power supply, 20 modules with 3 LEDs each (6000-7000 degrees K color temperature)) that are all prewired, a harness to plug into the 120 V power in the vendor, a 12 vdc harness that connects to the power supply and is soldered to the LED modules, alcohol swabs to clean up the attachment surfaces, a set of instructions, and plastic ties for the harnesses after the installation. All you have to do is remove all the old fluorescent fixtures, light bulbs, and ballasts so there can be no interference with the Sensit system that guarantees the delivery of the products. The set of instructions with pictures will give you a step by step procedure to do the removal of the old parts and installation of the sticky-backed LED modules and the velcro backed power supply.
