I just found this so thought I'd share. This is the part I have needed to repair / replace on my Side Trac 700 touchfree auto.

It is made by Dynamic Sealing Technologies.
They sold me a seal kit for $80.
A good friend loaned me a spare swivel and I was able to track it down via an almost-worn -off-but-not-quite part number.
