I have a few questions I am hoping people can help. We recently bought a used Saber with a Sierra Site Server since we bought it used we have been learning as we go. I would like to get customers set up for subscriptions and other packages.
Is it best to set each person as an account? I have found info on how to set up accounts but cannot tell WHY I would want to set them up under a Loyalty or Pre-Paid or Subscription.
Any incite would be great on how people are using these systems the best way. We are a small town and most likely will just use codes.
