Does anyone use Simoniz pre soak for their touch free IBA? I'm looking to find something comparable to the Simoniz Correct, Foam Additive ( High PH) mix I make now. Thanks!

All the touchless washes around me that use Simoniz are using this:

The ones using 2 step chemistry also use Touchless LPH.

Waxman, you can check with Kleenrites chemical guy and he can lead you to a liquid of similar if that is what you are loking for. Why do you want to change what you know was working for you? It should work even better with your new equipment.

Because I want to simplify the process and because I want to eliminate the problems associated with unmixed powder in the solenoids that plagued me over the last period of operation with my old machinery. I'm also hearing good things about the ultra concentrates which would free up valuable e.r. space.

I still like my Correct / F.A. mix for SS soaps and even foamy brush, but as the wash becomes more profitable, I want to have 'top shelf' chems, with associated show and smell.

I use Kleenrite Kleen Track 2A, then Kleen track 1B with Simoniz MC liquid to boost it. Spraying at 135F off the heater, nice coating on the car without too much foam and the customers like the smell. Now this is on a 16 year old WW HV unit and I really never get a customer complain about the cleaning.

Waxman, did you ever install the in line filter on the powder mix like I initially suggested. That will keep the solenoids from plugging and is easy to clean the filter when needed. I also use the MC liquid with the foaming side of the 2 part mix I use through a dual tip injector.

no, I never did use a filter or a dual injector. I was satisfied withcleaning, but I thought I might like to try a liquid with great coverage and scent. I'm charging $20 for my top pkg and really want the soap to be awesome.

HOLY $HIT!!!! $20 on your top pkg, & using Correct?!!! Dude, you should need a wheelbarrow, to haul all your profits to the bank! My top pkg is $9 & i use Correct & Simoniz Ultra to foam it, Clean Touch 3x foam, & KR Ultra Concentrates for CCP & Drying Agent @ about .90/car (mainly the 3x foam).
I bet you're @ .75/car, making 22x profit!!!

my top pkg with correct was $15

my competitors run rollover Friction machines, priced at $17 and $20 for their top packages.
