SNC Credit Amount being bypassed

Hello

I've ran into a problem where sometimes customers are able to exceed the allocated credit amount when using the wash bays after vacuuming. I was wondering if anyone else had ran into the same problem before.

My SNC 2.0 is currently setup as:

Authorization Amount: $15
Credit Limit Amount: $15
Settlement Time: 12:00:00 AM

Bay Price - Start: $1 Stop: $15
Vac/Frag Price - Start: $1 Stop: $1

I had a similar "problem" with the Hamilton D.A.N. where a few customers would max out the set pre-approval amount - I just increased the amount.

Great idea MEP001. Increasing the amount won't stop them from using beyond the max pre-approval amount, but sure will decrease the number of occurrences. Thank you.
