I have a self-service car wash. Recently I noticed it's overflowing. some how water is coming in the tank and making solutuin weak. any suggestions

What tank is overflowing? Is it the soap tank that the Hydrominder is in or the tank that the Hydrominder pulls the soap out of? If it the tank that the Hydrominder is in it's the diaphragm in the Hydrominder valve that's bad.
