Soap in the tank?

Hello all,

Has anyone ever had pre-soak get back into their solution tank on a laser wash 4000? I have replaced the danfoss valves on #1, #2, and #3 so I am hoping that will clear things up. I haven't gotten the chance to empty and rinse the tank to test yet. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else and how they resolved the issue

Thanks

Jon

Jon,

More than likely your high pressure regulator is leaking internally. Check your pressure on your high pressure passes - If you cannot get the pressure above 800 PSI (The pressure should be 900 to 1000 PSI) then pull apart the regulator and inspect. Either a piece of grit is caught in the regulator holding it open all the time OR the regulator is worn. This opens a direct path for presoak to flow backwards from the bay manifold, through the high pressure lines, and into the float tank.
