This is an option for our customers who will not get to the Expo in Orlando April 8-10, 2008. We have the programmers to load the new software into the Mars 2000 series MDB and the Conlux validators. Our customers can send their vendor validators to us by UPS, we can upload them the same day we receive them, and ship them back to you the same day by UPS. A reminder for our customers; the vendor will operate with just a changer installed so you can continue to sell product while the bill validators are up-dated.
The cost for doing this is $15 per validator plus the UPS charges to return the validator(s) to you.
Those of you who have Coinco validators in your vendor(s) will have to send your validator into a Coinco service center to get them up-loaded with the new software.
