Solenoid getting super hot on foam brush running itself . Donot why

Without putting money on it turn on the foam brush and solenoid not responding to stop and keep getting super burning hot .

Solenoid seem like getting to much power , by touching the wire , how to fix it

Is this a new problem since you started having problems with your Presoak leaking? Do you have a voltmeter? If you don't have one you need to get one. Start by turning the rotary switch out in the bay to Stop, then start checking for voltage at your solenoid valve working your way back to the rotary switch. Has anyone been working on the wiring in the coin box or in the equipment room. Is the bay that is leaking Presoak the same bay that the Foam brush is running?
