Speakers

Looking to add some inexpensive speakers to my Bays to play music during select hours of operation.

Although we’re 5am to 10pm, obviously I don’t want to play music that early or that late, so I need something that turns on and off automatically between those hours.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a setup that would work?

i used to play music in the bays, then later on a boom box outside near my towel dry station. my cranky neighbors made such a fuss I eventually gave up on the idea.

but if you are set on the idea, just get some cheap outdoor speakers and a cheap tuner so you can play a radio station. a cheap mechanical timer can turn the system on and off.

ps ; you'll never find one station everyone likes, because taste in music is such an individual thing..

Customers are too busy washing their vehicles, etc., to care what music is playing. Most of the time, outside noise is louder than the music playing in the bay.
As long as it's not heavy metal or rap, you should be fine—our customers dance to the music. We play a wide variety of music.
You can put your stereo on a plug-in timer. We hired an IT company to install ours. You can buy the stereo and speakers on Amazon.
Good Luck..🍀
