Spot Free Pressure Issue

Hi everyone,

I have spot free system with Coleman Hanna. Usually get high to mid pressure but today all the bays are extremely low pressure. The unit turns on and the car pump runs but there’s no pressure going to the bays. Any suggestions?

Start by checking your spot free tank level. and make sure a supply valve hasn't been accidentally turned off. If that checks out remove the discharge hose on the pump going to the manifold and turn the a bay on SFR to see if it shoots out water. If water shoots out, and still none of the bays are working when you hook it back up you may have lost a common on your solenoid manifold.

Also, it looks like your manifold pressure gauge is bad. That system should be putting out no more than about 400psi. For the gauge needle to be that high I would suspect a bad check valve in one of the bay manifolds.
