Beginning of steak and lobster season.

I've got two seasons:
1. steak and lobster
2. peanut butter and jelly

Mud, extra trash everywhere, high sales, junk tires, stuff from people 'Spring Cleaning' the car .

Projects!!! Things like : Pot Hole filling, putting up new vending machines, in bay blowers and signs.

Selling more used cars, as people get taxes back.

Clean up time because its the busy time...acid washing the walls (do it monthly already), power washing the lot, parking areas, vac islands, etc. and yes it does mean $$$$$ due to all the pollen many of the members already mentioned.
