STA Graphics repairs timers and control boards

I just got a postcard in the mail that states they repair these and shows photos of a circuit board and a few types of display timers. Did they just start repairing them? Has anyone used them for repairs?

I would assume they mostly repair vending items since that's how STAGraphics got started. If they repair electronics as well as they can cut round holes in decals, I'd never use them. Someone else told me they repair bill acceptors, but I only send them to AECO Sales who sends them back looking and working like brand new for about $100.
