I have a new express tunnel and my business partner insists on straddling the conveyor to guide on cars. I have told my other employees I will fire them on the spot if I catch them doing the same. To me it is a liability issue, the way some drivers seem to want to enter the tunnel. Am I being overly cautious?

I agree with you. No reason to have to straddle the conveyor when a when a car is loading. Have your employees eliminate this practice. No good can come from standing in front of a car when the person has their foot on the accelerator.

Rule #1. NEVER stand in front of a car that is in gear with a driver behind the wheel.

Make sure you have a funded buy sell agreement with your partner. If he keeps that up you will need it.

Make sure that you're buy/sell agreement is funded by a life insurance policy. I speak from 36 years of experience - he is playing Russian Roluette with his life. Standing next to the conveyor is by far sufficient to guide cars on.
