I am having issues when really busy, bay is on rinse but I am getting soap at the bay on high pressure. The rinse tank has water when this is occurring?? Pressure on rinse manifold is low, but I was thinking it would draw from tank if pressure is low?? Checked solonoids from effected bays and no issues I can see.

Pretty much all of them, when the place is really busy. When it happens I get a pressure drop and looks like the HP Soap was turned on. If I look in rinse tank when it happens I get bubbles coming up from strainer for that bay. I cleaned all the strainers, checked all the soap solonoids. I know I have a low pressure problem if automatic is busy, both spot free units are running and all 7 bays going, but if the tank has water in it I dont understand why its not just pulling from tank?? It does it at times when not really busy just infrequently. Called Coleman, no answers, said someone would get back to me. Their customer service lately has not been too good.

You probably have a bad check valve between the pump and the tank, as well as a bad pump. If someone runs presoak long enough it will back up into the tank and the other bays will pulsate and draw soapy water. Run each bay on presoak one at a time until you find it.

If there are bubbles coming up through the strainer, something is backing up all the way through the bay hose, through the pump and check valve into the tank. If you run the bays on presoak one at a time you'll find which one is the problem. I've seen this exact problem more than once.

definitely a bad check valve on the supply line for the pump under the rinse tank. I believe its a 3/4" check valve. They will erode away after a while and you will more than likely have issues from the others very soon. I bet you have issues with the holding tank eventually overflowing when the weep is running as well. I would replace all of them.

They are 3/4" - the last time I worked on one it was (of course) the one in the center of the manifold on a 7-bay rack. I cut the nipple off right above the valve and replumbed it 1/2" and added a union so the valve could be dropped and changed easily in the future.
