If you are thinking of buying one of these, or a wash with one, keep in mind that the mfr. has gone out of business. Waxman is the only person I know of that has a Side-Trac.

Yes they are good. Superior is out of business but you can still get tech support if you know the right people.
The parts are simple and many/most are available still.
I have done some re-engineering on mine to make it a bit more trouble-free. For the most part it runs and runs. Does a good job washing the car. We get very few complaints and have many satisfied customers.
