Surface Conveyor New Dollys 7" 4" ?

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if anyone can help me out? Have 80ft tunnel just put on new dolly's. It's a surface conveyor. How far should the dolly's be spaced apart? I spaced them 7" 4 " and Hondas and Prius seem to get stuck? Thanks for any help:confused:
