Can anyone recommend a swivel that last a while?
The swivels we are using on the gun and f/brush can't withstand the side to side movement for any length of time.

I've been using the Spraying Systems "breakaway" swivel on the foam brush for some time - I haven't had to replace one in several years. You can put a 45? swivel between the swivel and the hose to relieve some of the lateral strain, but I've found it unnecessary with these swivels.

Do you have a swivel at the gun and the end of the boom? If you use only one swivel, consider putting it at the boom with a 1 foot hose above it, and it will last much longer. I use the brass JE Adams gun swivel at the gun, which will last around six months.

We use a Fluid controls ball bearing Swivel for both the gun and Foam brush, Kleen-Rite #SW0260. On the Foam handle we put a 90 on the swivel to take the strain of the hose so the foam brush hose hangs straight down when it's hanging on the wall.
