Syphon happening in one bay

Any suggestion on this -

Bay constantly leaking.. siphoning out of the rinse tank – constantly weeping only one bay it is not the spot free system

If you turn off the ball valve for that bay at the rinse tank and it stops, it probably the check valve under the tank for that bay.
