I recently posted that ShurVend was going to an iPhone system for our business since we are in and out of the office quite often. Verizon was supposed to automatically forward all of the 562.1622 calls to my cell phone so we could transition smoothly, but I have had customers tell me that Verizon did not do that. So I got to spend a long time on the phone this morning getting all that straightened out. Very frustrating to have to do things 2-3 times to get it right!! I trust that it will get done right this time, but I will not hold my breath.
I apologize to any of you who tried to talk to me and did not get through as you should have. Sometimes I think these corporate service reps are told to not do it right so they can keep charging for services that we do not want.
